"Today marks 12 weeks of meeting my workout goals! I'm trying to keep the focus on that to remain body positive, but I will say...I've gotten pretty strong. I was so self- Conscious when I started, I didn't want to take before photos, so I started 6 weeks in. I am pretty happy :). I definitely had some self-defeating thoughts at work last night after making a few mistakes and felt so much shame, today I am practicing self-compassion and working through it! This has been such a concrete habit to point to show myself I am completely capable of setting a goal and following through!
