Frequently Asked Questions

The Process

How long does it take to see results?

Depends on the work you put in, your goals, your drive, frequency of sessions, etc. Our clients - on average - take 2 packages (8 sessions) in our 1:1 coaching before they report seeing desired results.

Do I have to use my 1:1 package within a month?

Your sessions must be used within 8 weeks of your first session. 1 session per week is highly recommended, not required.

Where can I find reviews of your services?

Check out our Google Reviews or view video reviews on our YouTube channel playlist.
Finances

Do you take insurance?

No, unfortunately coaching is not covered under insurance at this time.

How much does 1:1 coaching cost?

Our 1:1 coaching packages start at $600 per 4 session package. Rates vary by coach.

How do I cancel my Subscription? (Activated with ADHD or Maintaining Momentum)

Do you offer scholarships?

See video tutorial here.
Go to 'Packages & Subscriptions' on your profile > Select the subscription you wish to cancel > Select 'Cancel' > 'Yes, Cancel'

We don't offer scholarships but we do offer giveaways, webinars, and free events every so often. Follow us on Instagram and subscribe to our newsletter to see when events occur. Every October, you can register for our FREE ADHD EdCamp: a virtual and LIVE (in Boca Raton Florida) ADHD education day with panels hosted by ADHD Experts.

Can I use my HSA or FSA account to cover coaching costs?

Our clients have reported that using their invoice from CWB has allowed them to be reimbursed by their HSA or FSA given that they have an ADHD diagnosis. This is not guaranteed. Please check with your company ahead of time.

Can I use this for professional development?

In most cases, yes.
-If you are a business owner, please feel free to speak with your accountant about writing this off as a business expense. We will provide you with the necessary documentation.
-If you work for a company that allows for professional development training, we have had many people ask for the invoice to share with their bosses.
