Kelly is an ADHD and Growth Mindset Coach with over 16 years of experience mentoring individuals of all ages, from children to adults, including those with ADHD.
Originally studying Geology and Performance Arts, Kelly’s career path took a transformative turn when her personal experience as the mother of a child with severe ADHD and ASD led her to explore ADHD coaching. In her quest to better support her son, she uncovered her own ADHD through research into the DSM-5, igniting her passion to help others navigate similar challenges.
A certified graduate of the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), Kelly is a lifelong learner who is deeply interested in neuroplasticity, holistic wellness (nutrition, sleep, emotional regulation, mindset, and exercise), and life management. She has spent countless hours honing her skills in goal-setting, organization, and project management to better serve her clients.
Combining personal insight with professional expertise, Kelly helps individuals build self-compassion, strengthen executive functioning, and shift from overwhelm to confidence—all through a compassionate ADHD lens.
Her mission is to empower clients to embrace their strengths and create lasting, positive change.
