ADHD and Executive Function Coach

ASHLEIGH’S SCHEDULE

Weekdays: 12pm - 8pm ET

Ashleigh Hamilton, MA is an ADHD and executive function coach who helps ambitious, high-achieving ADHDers build systems that actually work with their beautifully messy brains.

Like many of her clients, Ashleigh spent years wondering why focusing, following-through, and keeping up with life felt so much harder than it “should” be. Her late ADHD diagnosis sparked an obsession (you know, the “I must learn everything about this immediately” kind) with neuroscience, psychology, and practical strategies—fueling her passion for helping other driven ADHDers escape that same cycle of overthinking, overworking, and still falling behind.

With a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, specializing in ADHD and executive function, Ashleigh blends evidence-based interventions with neuroscience-backed, human-centered coaching. Her practical, empathetic approach—with a healthy dose of humor and real talk—helps her clients transform overwhelm into actionable next steps, meaningful shifts without getting bogged down in perfectionism or burnout.

Whether she’s working with students, entrepreneurs, creatives, professionals, or parents of ADHD kids, her mission is the same: to help ADHDers move out of survival mode and build sustainable habits so they finally feel in control of their work and life. She believes real change happens when you stop fighting your brain and start building systems that actually fit your life—one step, one habit, one breakthrough at a time. Because life’s a lot easier when the support around you actually works for you — and when your days finally feel lighter, clearer, and more manageable — on your terms.

Beyond coaching, Ashleigh contributes to the ADHD and neurodivergent community through writing, speaking, and leading conversations on building ADHD-friendly businesses without burning out. She's currently writing a book on ADHD and executive function, aiming to make research-backed strategies more accessible to everyday ADHDers.

When she’s not coaching, Ashleigh’s savoring slow mornings, wrangling her husband and two dogs into some half-baked adventure, or hosting a laid-back dinner for friends—always finding the magic in the ordinary moments.

What People Are Saying About Ashleigh

I am currently working with Ashleigh. After my first 4 sessions I am truly seeing a difference in how I am thinking and making decisions. We have been working on planning and prioritizing, asking for help, identifying how to order my tasks, etc..

So far, everything she has told me and the resources she has provided have been truly helpful, despite me thinking it wasn’t going to help at first. I think that everything she has helped me with has been really practical to use in my everyday life without it being things that would be ideal to use, but not actually doing it. I find that she is really easy to talk to and we have connected really well within the past month. I also think that she understands where I am coming from and my ways of thinking which i find really beneficial.

There are some days where I don’t want to have a meeting or just feel lazy overall but I always end up feeling better and motivated after our calls. Overall I love ashleigh!
