Jaynie Reyes is an ADHD, Health and Wellness Coach who helps thoughtful, creative ADHDers—including adults and students ages 12 and up—reduce overwhelm, build self-trust, and create systems that actually support the way their brains work.
Like many of her clients, Jaynie spent years feeling capable and driven—yet quietly struggling with burnout, emotional intensity, and cycles of self-doubt. As a student, she often faced challenges with task initiation, sustained focus, emotional overwhelm, and the pressure to mask her struggles while trying to meet expectations. Receiving late diagnoses of ADHD and Bipolar II later in life gave her language and clarity for experiences that once felt confusing and isolating. That turning point sparked a deep commitment to understanding executive functioning, emotional regulation, and sustainable habit-building—not just intellectually, but in lived practice.
Before becoming a coach, Jaynie spent over a decade as a floral designer and creative business owner, managing complex projects, tight timelines, competing priorities, and high client expectations. Navigating entrepreneurship with a creative, neurodivergent brain gave her firsthand insight into the real-world executive functioning challenges many ADHDers face daily—especially the pressure to perform while feeling overwhelmed behind the scenes. She brings that same understanding to her work with both adults and students as they learn to manage responsibilities, expectations, and growing independence.
Jaynie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and brings a creative, systems-oriented mindset to everything she does. She is a Certified Adult & Student ADHD Coach through Coaching With Brooke’s 3C Activation program and a Certified Health & Wellness Coach through mindbodygreen. Her coaching blends practical executive functioning strategies with emotional regulation support and identity-aware work, helping clients navigate time management, follow-through, burnout, and self-trust with clarity and compassion.
Her coaching style is structured yet warm, grounded yet innovative. With integrity, reliability, and deep commitment to her clients, Jaynie creates a space where progress feels sustainable and supported. She believes real change happens when you stop fighting your brain and start building systems that honor your strengths and values.
Outside of coaching, Jaynie is a lifelong creative who loves reading, reformer pilates, exploring personal growth, and finding inspiration in art, nature, and meaningful conversations. She lives in San Francisco with her husband and Maltipoo, Ernie. Her mission is to help ADHDers—both adults and students—move out of survival mode and into empowered, sustainable lives, one practical step at a time.
