This unique opportunity is for adults who are beyond ready to step into a new paradigm of living, find order in the chaos of their ADHD life, and transform themselves so they can be more productive, confident, and lead a thriving life.

 

PHASE 1: Foundational Self Discovery (Week 1-4) 

In order to slow and stop the chaos, we need to start with the chaos. This means shining a light on the parts of your life that are unbalanced. You’ll learn the subconscious beliefs that have blocked you from living in alignment with your actual strengths and values. No more beating yourself up for the mistakes you’ve made or playing over past shortcomings or events in your head. In this foundational pillar, we’ll use cutting edge methodologies that will allow you to learn and embrace what makes you uniquely YOU so you no longer have to question yourself or feel shame for who you are. The initial sense of encouragement and "I can do this!" will likely surface during this process. You'll be filled with excitement as new possibilities emerge and we design your unique plan of action. 

 

PHASE 2: Growth Edge Zone (Week 5-8)

Growth edge occurs when “out with the old...in with the new.” Once you've uncovered the crucial blocks that have been in your way for years, if not decades, you are now going to test your learnings with new - and likely - uncomfortable action. 

 

In this section, you will learn the path to action your unique and specific goals by developing your "WHYs" and “WHATs”. We'll use the proven framework, "How to Focus By Focusing Your Time". You'll be equipped with the tools and support you need to stay focused, even on the most challenging days, but this time, in a way that you can actually and finally enjoy and manage for years to come because of your increased confidence, consistency and habit stacking you have integrated for the past 4 weeks. 

 

PHASE 3: 3C ACTIVATION (Control, Consistency, Confidence)

3C Activation means control over your past beliefs, which allows you the space for consistency in your new and healthy habits and routines, which leads to ultimate newfound confidence in yourself, your abilities, and your power.

This is the phase where you will feel most challenged because we must ensure you’re equipped to maintain long-lasting habit change. Without this, you’ll revert back to your old ways, the biggest challenge for ADHD adults. This is where our habit-stacking process continues to reinforce and bulletproof this for you. Habit stacking starts with small expectations (as built upon in Phase 1 and 2), which then builds the muscle memory of completing your routine, and we then add more tasks once you’re consistent. In this phase, we will add new tasks to your routines and take you to a whole new level of productivity and feeling of SUCCESS. You will have the unique experience of testing your new routines in the real world while having the support, accountability, and challenge you need to achieve your next level of growth. You’ll learn how to prioritize your to-dos and to-don'ts, delegate unwanted tasks, and maintain forward consistency and momentum for the next 3 months! This is about changing the way in which you show up in the world: with greater control, consistency, and confidence than you ever thought possible! No more being held back by your ADHD, rather, being empowered by it.

 

 

 

 

 

 

What This Process Includes: 

  • Access to Brooke Daily

  • 12, 75-90 minute live private Zoom group sessions with a maximum of 10 members

  • 2, 1:1, private coaching sessions with Brooke, before and after the group 

    • 1:1 Coaching Meeting With Brooke Before Group:

      •  You and Brooke will discover your current needs, what has held you back, and what you are looking to create to predetermine if you are the right person for this group. If it’s mutually decided that this group is the right fit for you, Brooke will break down current needs and assure they are addressed and mapped out during group sessions.

    • 1:1 Coaching Meeting With Brooke After Group:

      • You and Brooke will assess your progress throughout the 12 week program. Brooke will answer any questions you might have and help you create a plan for your next 12 weeks of your new life!

This hybrid program involves working closely with me one-on-one in a group setting for 12 weeks on the following things: 

  • Understanding your core values

  • Identifying your strengths and weaknesses and how to maximize your strengths while improving upon your weaknesses for greater excellence

  • Evaluating the current states of each area of your life and identifying where you seek change

  • Understanding your “why’s” and motivations

  • Creating a roadmap of your goals and actions you would like to achieve over the next 3 months

  • Planning your day, week, and month for greater productivity

  • Organizing your projects and your to-do’s by creating a targeted system that works for you

  • Learning your time-sucks, what you are tolerating, and how to avoid your to-dont’s for greater productivity

  • How to improve your confidence, decrease your anxiety, and stress by confronting tasks and conversations you have been procrastinating on

  • Introducing the mind mapping technique for areas of your life that you would like to get unstuck on after acquiring all of the tools to be productive, and seek out new opportunities at the end of this course.

Real Results From  Clients

Example 1: Doctor at Jackson Memorial Hospital

  • FROM: Doctors struggling completing their notes and seeing their patients in a timely manner during their workday. Bringing notes home when they are burnt out from the day, leaving no time for self care, working out and time with their partner and friends.

  • TO:  Systems and boundaries around seeing their patients without worrying about their people-pleasing mentality. Completed notes during their workday, being present with their loved ones after work and creating systems for self-care before and after work with regulated sleep. Promoted at her second job from the family physician to Assistant Director of Residents.

 

Example 2: Entrepreneurs and Small Business Owners 

  • FROM: Unorganized systems, buried in notes, late/rescheduling appointments, failing business owner and little confidence as an entrepreneur

  • TO: Created more systems at work which allowed them to start building momentum and lead to more revenue generated with money to spend on themselves!

  • FROM: Multiple relationships on the verge of divorce, lack of trust from non-ADHD partner to client, client feeling nagged and “parented” by partner

  • TO: Increased communication with partners, shared responsibilities at home, and repaired relationships.   

 

Example 4: Adult Students turned Employees/Entrepreneurs

  • Failing the first bar, a student came to me looking for a plan to pass his second bar exam. A few months later he passed the bar and landed his dream law job during Coronavirus. In addition to strengthening his relationship with his wife which was weakened previously, and creating new exercise, mindfulness, and organizational habits.

  • Dietitian started her own business and worried about how to stay focused to pass her RD exam, passed her RD exam, and in 1.5 months of coaching was able to triple her income and confidence during Coronavirus.

  • Failed restaurant owner turned NYU student, started working with Brooke to help to organize, manage, and turn in his thesis paper over several months. He not only turned in his hundred-page research thesis paper on time, but he graduated  NYU and is in the process of starting his own company.
